Palletising and stretch-wrapping of soft drink concentrate

Automation of the palletizing and wrapping process in a multinational company in the soft drinks sector.

• The line works simultaneously with barrels of concentrate and boxes of finished product.
• Three different product feeds.
• Three palletizing stations.
• Placement of interlayer sheet.
• All products wrapped in the same stretch-wrapping machine.
• For palletizing, an anthropomorphic robot is installed with an automatic dispenser that feeds the robot with empty pallets. Palletized loads are automatically transported to the stretch-wrapper.
